About the Client:
Our client is a growing global healthcare business that distributes its products nationally through a dedicated third-party logistics partner.
They work closely with clinics, prescribing doctors and nurses to ensure a smooth, reliable ordering experience.
The business is entering a period of growth and modernisation, with recent systems and processes being introduced to support the team.
They pride themselves on a close-knit, collaborative culture where new team members are given the tools and support to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order process, from account setup and order submission through to returns and tracking.
Act as the primary liaison between the business, the logistics partner and customers, resolving delivery issues and account queries promptly.
Monitor and reconcile inventory levels and manage supply chain reporting.




Maintain accurate customer and pricing data, and produce daily sales, open order and delivery status reports.
Coordinate the logistics of training products and conference materials.
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service and / or logistics coordination role, ideally in a product distribution or healthcare environment.
A diligent, positive and adaptable mindset matters more than existing systems knowledge.
SAP and Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers, internal teams and external partners via phone and email.
A proactive, team-first attitude with a genuine drive to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
