Sephora is looking for a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to join the Erina team on a part‐time basis.
Overview
As a Retail Assistant you will inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
You will work across all departments – beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness – and receive initial onboarding training plus ongoing learning through our online learning platform and field trainers.

Responsibilities
Provide an amazing customer experience by welcoming, listening to, and embracing each customer's unique needs.
Stay knowledgeable about new products, beauty trends, and techniques.
Help customers discover the features and perks of our CRM program.
Share and develop knowledge of our iconic brands with the Beauty Advisor team.




Participate in cross‐training and attend in‐store beauty expert training sessions.
Collaborate with the team to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience in a retail or customer‐facing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Passion for sharing beauty knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Working Hours
Availability of at least 3 full days per week, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on Thursday to Sunday.
