Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Account Service Associate to join the Banking Department in Sydney office.
Responsibilities
Processing payment requirements and responding customer queries promptly and accurately
Collaborating with Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance and other counterparts to ensure optimum outcomes for customers
Dealing with customer's bank accounts and transaction related issues in an efficient manner via phone and emails
Compliance with bank policies and procedures to mitigate and manage risks
Ad-hoc tasks allocated from team leader and department head
To be considered,



processing following skills and experience are essential:
Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines
Minimum of 1 year of related experiences
Strong willing toward continuous learning and qualified developments
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, showing a proactive approach to work and striving for excellence in completing tasks and projects
Robust analysis and problem solving skills and attention to details
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
