JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Occupational Therapist to join a well-established multidisciplinary allied health service with clinics near Brabham or Busselton.
This role offers full flexibility to tailor the caseload, whether in paediatrics, adults, aged care, or a mix, without the pressure of corporate KPIs or billable hour targets.
Multidisciplinary allied health team providing occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, dietetics, exercise physiology, psychology, and counselling
Services delivered across the Perth metro area or Busselton, in both clinic-based and community-based settings
Client base spans preschool children to aged care residents, supporting neurological, developmental, musculoskeletal, and mental health needs
Evidence-based, client-focused approach, with freedom to design therapy pathways for activities of daily living, sensory integration, assistive technology,
and functional capacity assessments
Small, highly experienced team, with most clinicians holding over five years of practice experience

About the Candidate
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits
Working with Children's Checks, NDIS clearance, National Police Checks
Salary range from $80,000 to $135,000+ with uncapped earning potential for those building their own team
No billable hour or KPI targets, enabling a focus on functional, client-centred outcomes
Choice of caseload: NDIS, aged care, private clients, Workers Comp, paediatric or adult occupational therapy
Full business and administrative support, including invoicing, compliance, and reporting
Ongoing clinical supervision, CPD opportunities, and leadership mentoring from senior therapists
