Intune MDM/MAM Specialist

We are seeking an experiencedIntune MDM/MAM Specialistto lead the technical implementation of an enterprise mobile and endpoint management solution.
This is a hands‐on technical role with a strong focus onMicrosoft Intune, mobile device management and Apple platforms.
You will be responsible for the technical design, configuration, testing and implementation of the solution, working alongside an administrative team responsible for the physical deployment of devices.
About the role
You will lead the technical aspects of an Intune implementation across a diverse device environment, with a particular focus oniOS, Android and macOS.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, configuring and administeringMicrosoft Intunewithin a complex/shared tenancy environment
Implementing and managingMobile Device Management (MDM)andMobile Application Management (MAM)solutions
Configuring and managing Intune acrossiOS, Android and macOS
Developing device configuration profiles and compliance policies
Configuring and supportingConditional Accessand related security controls
Developing testing, pilot and phased deployment strategies
Managing application deployment and corporate application catalogues
Publishing and managing applications across enrolled devices
Supporting integrations withApple Business Manager
Configuring and managingAndroid Enterpriseand related mobile management capabilities
Troubleshooting deployment, enrolment, policy and application issues
Providing technical leadership throughout implementation and rollout
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the team responsible for physical device deployment
Experience managingWindows devices through Intuneis advantageous, but the primary focus of this engagement is mobile and macOS platforms.
Knowledge transfer and handover
A key objective of the engagement is to establish sustainable internal capability.
You will therefore be expected to:
Produce comprehensive technical documentation




Develop operational procedures and support guidance
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams
Provide structured technical handover to the Asset/Support team
Document configuration, processes and troubleshooting approaches
Help establish repeatable operational practices for ongoing Intune management
About you
You will be a hands‐on Intune specialist who can take ownership of the technical implementation rather than simply providing operational support.
You will ideally have:
Strong hands‐on experience withMicrosoft Intune
Proven experience implementingMDM and/or MAMsolutions
Solid experience managingiOS/iPadOS, Android and macOSdevices
Experience developing Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies
Experience withConditional Access
Experience with application deployment and management through Intune
Experience withApple Business Manager
Experience withAndroid Enterprise / Managed Google Play
Experience working in complex enterprise or shared-tenancy environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving capability
Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
Experience leading technical implementations, migrations or rollouts
Experience with Windows endpoint management through Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf or other UEM/MDM platforms will be viewed favourably.
