This role will play a key part in supporting that journey while partnering closely with senior leadership across finance and operations.
The Role
This is a newly created Commercial Manager position sitting at the intersection of commercial finance, analytics, and strategic support.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in building out the commercial reporting and analytical capability of the business while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
A core focus of the role will be owning and continuously evolving the Power BI environment, improving dashboards, data models, reporting logic and commercial insights across manufacturing, retail and e-commerce operations.

What You'll Do
Own the Power BI reporting and analytics environment across the business
Build dashboards across sales, operations,



e‐commerce and financial performance
Develop and maintain data models and ERP/system integrations
Lead budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting processes
Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and business growth
Deliver meaningful commercial insights and KPI reporting to leadership
Partner with manufacturing, operations and sales teams on performance analysis
Support pricing, margin analysis and product profitability initiatives
Assist with board reporting and investor analysis
Support the CFO on strategic projects, commercial modelling and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
CA or CPA qualified
Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A; or management accounting
Advanced hands‐on Power BI capability
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience within manufacturing, retail, consumer goods or e‐commerce environments highly regarded
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
