We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Operations team based in North Sydney, to help us verify our growing portfolio of credentials, using our purpose-built online system.
Location:North Sydney
Pay rate:$***** p/hr + superannuation
Shift details:Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
We are looking for candidates who are able to work full-time hours but are flexible to work slightly less hours as the volume of work decreases.
Duration:6 month contact with the potential to extend
Key responsibilities:
Process up to 30+ different credentials
Assess submitted documents to determine if they meet quality thresholds




Cross-check user input against the document provided and fix errors where you see them
Meticulously record document data into our system
What you need to succeed:
Robust attention-to-detail
Comfortability using standard keyboard shortcuts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a high-volume workload and deadlines without compromising on quality
Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
A security-first mindset and can-do attitude
