This role will be a mix of both office and site based.
Responsibilities
Provide HSE support across multiple commercial construction projects
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
Review SWMS and project HSE documentation
Support incident investigations and corrective actions
Provide practical advice to project teams and subcontractors
Support ISO and OFSC requirements
Drive a positive and proactive safety culture
Build strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders
Senior HSE Advisor experience across multiple projects
StrongISO and OFSCexperience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical, collaborative and commercially minded approach
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
