Rio Tinto in Gladstone is seeking a Manager Capital Delivery to lead a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL), Yarwun and other Gladstone sites, delivering safety, reliability and operational performance.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, embed the One Gladstone self-perform delivery model, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Procurement to meet cost, schedule and quality objectives while building a high-performing delivery organisation.
