This role sits within a
very large, highly complex ICT infrastructure program
with multiple concurrent workstreams, critical dependencies, and tight governance expectations. We're looking for a
senior, seasoned Program Controller
(5-10 years' experience) who can confidently manage integrated schedules, financial tracking, and delivery reporting at scale.
Experience in
health (or similarly regulated, high-stakes environments)
is strongly preferred, as the work supports enterprise systems and services that require strong discipline around controls, audit trails, and stakeholder management across technical teams, vendors, and operational business areas.
What you'll be doing
Build and manage an
integrated program schedule
across multiple infrastructure projects (MS Project)
Maintain
baselines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Track progress vs plan, highlight variance, and produce forward delivery forecasts
Coordinate schedule updates with Project Managers, technical leads, vendors, and delivery teams
Manage program-level
budget tracking
(actuals, commitments, accruals, forecasts) and monthly reporting
Produce governance reporting for program leadership and forums (e.g., Program Board)
Maintain controls, registers, templates, reporting standards, and audit trails
Monitor cross-program
risks and interdependencies
(projects, applications, vendors, business initiatives)
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a
complex ICT program
setting (infrastructure/networks highly regarded)
Strong
MS Project
scheduling expertise (WBS, dependencies, critical path)
Solid financial controls capability:
budgeting, forecasting, milestone/deliverable tracking
Strong reporting and documentation skills; confident stakeholder engagement
Experience working within
PMO / program governance
