About the role
Based in Marsden Park, NSW we are seeking a full time experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly team in this busy and varied role in our Finance Department. This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.
The Role
Supplier invoice processing (PO and Non-PO) through Continia OCR system
Correction / establishment of Continia OCR system templates to ensure correct processing (PO and non- PO)
Review of 3-way match of Purchase Order/Goods Receipt/Supplier invoice and investigate variances with Tigerpak purchasing team
Set up and maintain accurate, reconciled supplier statements.
Overseas import transactions, documentation, reconciliations.
Facilitate and Assist with the reconciliation of all bank accounts when required.




Credit Card Statements & Reconciliations.
Assist Accounts Payable Manager and other senior finance personnel as requested (ad hoc)
Filing and archiving (Digital & Physical)
Upkeep of current Finance | Accounts Payable Operating Procedures
About You
Excellent verbal and written skills is essential
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to manage large volumes of transactions
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding of basic account principles & accounts payable processes
Minimum of 2 or more years' experience in similar role - Desirable
Proficiency in MS Excel and Business Central Dynamics or other ERP System - Desirable
Proficiency in Cortinia document management system or similar - Desirable
