This role is key in supporting our Enterprise and Corporate streams through HR administration on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the ASKHR Team Leader, you'll be part of a fast-paced 'AskHR' team, focusing on onboarding, employment contract management, and record maintenance. Success in this role requires attention to detail, lateral thinking, and a passion for HR. As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you'll gain hands‐on experience and opportunities for growth within our Enterprise People and Culture Team. Key Activities
Explain job policies and procedures to other areas of the organization, including working to gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures
Monitor and respond to HR queries promptly and appropriately
Create and update HR documentation such as contracts and variation letters
Ensure compliance in all HR systems and employee files
Coordinate new employee onboarding process efficiently
Participate in HR projects and provide administrative support




Assist in managing internal personnel movement and documentation
Provide excellent customer service and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
We would love to hear from you if you have Previous experience in HR coordination or administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous Workday or similar HRIS experience would be highly regarded. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources would be highly regarded.
