We are currently seeking an
Assistant Centre Manager
to join the Capers Leadership Team at our
Capers Early Learning - Samford
service. With the goal to build outstanding relationships and lead, support and guide our teams within their service to provide the best outcomes for all children, families, and staff.
Duties & responsibilities:
Experience with leading a team with a proactive and hands on approach
Prior experience in a Lead or Educator role
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
Current Working with Children Check
Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other educators
Comfortability in a team-oriented teaching environment
Interested in LEADERSHIP
