Accounting & ERP Systems Specialist
to support ERP and accounting platforms used by not-for-profit organisations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge and a natural aptitude for business systems — someone who enjoys understanding how things work, solving problems, working with clients and learning new technology.

The Role
You will work closely with our consulting team and clients to support the implementation and ongoing use of ERP and accounting systems.
This is a
client-facing consulting and support role
. You will spend time working with finance teams to understand their accounting processes and business requirements, solve problems and help translate those requirements into practical system solutions.
Responsibilities
Assisting with ERP and accounting system implementations
Supporting clients with accounting and system-related queries
Troubleshooting system and reporting issues
Understanding client accounting processes and helping translate requirements into practical system solutions
Training and guiding users on how to use accounting systems effectively
Helping organisations improve financial processes and system usage




Assisting with data migration, system configuration and reporting
Working with our broader team to investigate and solve accounting, data and systems problems
You will develop deep expertise in
Sage Intacct
and the broader cloud accounting technology ecosystem used by our clients.
What We Are Looking For

Ideal Applicants
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Practical experience working in accounting or finance roles
Strong interest in business systems and technology
Evidence of having taken ownership of, improved, implemented or supported accounting or business systems
Analytical problem solving ability
Ability to explain accounting or system concepts to non-technical users
Confidence working directly with clients and understanding their requirements
A proactive, practical and solution-oriented mindset
Curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar technology quickly
Preferred Experience with Specific Platforms (not required)
Sage Intacct
TechnologyOne
NetSuite
Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central
MYOB Advanced
Xero
Other cloud-based accounting or ERP platforms
Prior Sage Intacct experience is not required.
If you have strong accounting knowledge, systems aptitude and an ability to learn new technology, training in our ERP systems will be provided.
