About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while helping drive branch growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing sales orders via phone, email and over the trade counter
Providing product advice and practical solutions to customers
Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
Building solid relationships with trade and commercial customers
Supporting key accounts and working closely with our external sales team
Managing stock enquiries,
pricing requests and product availability
Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve customer outcomes
Maintaining strong product knowledge across electrical and associated product categories
Contributing to branch targets and overall team performance

About You

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
Electrical wholesale
Trade sales or trade counter environments
Internal sales or customer service roles
