About the Role
Our client is an established Chartered Accounting firm with a strong focus on the strata industry.
The business works with approximately 30 strata managers, servicing around 4,500 properties across NSW.
We are looking for a confident and commercially mindedClient Relationship Managerto become a key face of the business within the strata industry.This role sits between the firm's accounting team and its clients, ensuring relationships are strong, client needs are understood and matters are followed through.
Importantly, whilst strata experience will be considered a benefit, it's not essential.
You will be supported to learn the industry — what matters most is your personality, drive, initiative and ability to build trust.

Duties
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing strata managers and clients
Act as the key liaison between clients and the internal accounting/audit team
Take ownership of client requests and ensure matters are followed through
Meet with clients and attend industry conferences and networking events
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build the firm's profile and relationships within the strata industry
Understand client needs and work with the internal team to deliver solutions
Develop your knowledge of the strata industry and become a trusted source of support for clients
