As a Shift Leader at GYG, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, leading from the front, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers.
? What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer concerns or complaints
Train and mentor new team members, supporting their development and integration into the team
Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency throughout your shift
Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions as directed by management
Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall restaurant performance
Communicate effectively with team members,



management, and customers
Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced workplace

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality/QSR
Strong communication and time management skills
A positive attitude and a passion for team success
Mandatory Certifications:
✅ Food Safety Supervisor Certification
✅ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
