We are looking for an analytical and commercially mindedDemandPlanning Analystto turn customer and market data into clear insights that drive confident forecasts and planning decisions across our Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands theautomotive/OE environmentand enjoys working at the intersection of customers, sales, production, logistics and finance.
What you'll do
LeadOE & Aftermarket sales forecasting and demand analysis, translating customer forecasts into accurate production forecasts and budgets.
Partner withOE customers, Account Managers and internal stakeholdersto understand current and future demands.
Analyse sales, product and market trends and turn data intoactionable insights and recommendations.
Support long-term forecasting and continuously assess forecast accuracy and effectiveness.
Work closely withSales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Operationsand Customers to optimise order-to-delivery outcomes.
Develop and maintain robust reporting throughPhocas BIS and Syteline, ensuring data is accurate, timely and trusted.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and utilisation of business intelligence tools.
What you'll bring
We're looking for an experienced analyst who can combinestrong commercial acumen with a genuine understanding of the automotive/OE operating environment.
You are as comfortable with the analysis and numbers as you are communicating with key stakeholders and customers.
You'll ideally have:




3+ years' experience insales, business, financial or planning analysis.
Experience inautomotive, OEM/OE, manufacturing or distributionenvironments.
Strong data analysis and presentation capability, withadvanced Excel skills.
Experience working with customers and/or sales teams and a sound understanding ofsales, distribution and demand planning processes.
Experience withPhocas, Syteline or similar business intelligence/ERP platforms.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
A curious, commercially minded and proactive approach, with a strong focus on turning analysis into action.
Most importantly,you'll understand the pace, complexity and high customer expectations of an automotive/OEenvironment and know how tocombine data with a strong understanding of customers and the marketto help the business make better decisions.
