We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator who is organised, proactive and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they contact or visit our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointments and clinician diaries
Answering phone and email enquiries
Processing payments and gift vouchers
Maintaining accurate client records
Supporting the clinical team with daily administration
Assisting with social media tasks, including basic knowledge of Meta platforms
Ensuring reception and waiting areas are presented to a high standard
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience as a Cosmetic Clinic Administrator or Medical Receptionist (preferred but not essential)
Experience using appointment booking systems
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and a qualified presentation
