We're looking for a creative, trend-driven Marketing Specialist who understands how to turn ideas into content that gets attention, builds engagement and grows a brand across social media. You should be someone who doesn't just follow a content calendar — you understand what's trending, why it's working and how to adapt it creatively for the brand.
Key responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
Act, Develop Reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels and promotional content
Plan and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies
Identify relevant trends, viral formats, sounds and content opportunities
Find and collaborate with influencers and content creators
Shoot, act, edit and optimise short-form video content
Design professional social media graphics and marketing creatives
Develop fresh content concepts, hooks and campaign ideas
Monitor social media performance and continuously improve content based on results
About you
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
Must be bi-lingual (English, Hindi and or Punjabi$)
Excellent acting and camera skills
Excellent video editing skills
Strong graphic design skills
Experience with content creation and influencer marketing
A strong eye for visual storytelling and branding
Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and concepts
Good understanding of current Reels, TikTok and short-form video trends
Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms
Creative, proactive and able to bring current ideas without waiting to be told what to create
