Based at South Nowra, you will own operational performance, manage estimating and administration, and partner with Sales and Construction to improve processes and customer outcomes. You will drive pricing integrity, supervise suppliers and trades, and ensure WHS compliance while delivering smooth handovers and strategic growth initiatives.
