Brentford Cosmetic Dental is seeking a talented and committed
part-time Dentist
to join our dynamic team in Forest Hill, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to our valued patients whilst maintaining a flexible work schedule. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and contributing to the continued success and reputation of our practice. Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessment and diagnostic tools( eye to pay attention on detalis)
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences
Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative work, preventative treatments, sugery and cosmetic dentistry
Provide patients with clear explanations of treatment options and expected outcomes, ensuring informed consent
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards
Maintain a safe, hygienic and sterile clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols
Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
Stay current with advances in dental technology, materials and treatment techniques through ongoing professional development




Contribute to a positive patient experience and foster long-term patient relationships based on trust and excellent care

What we're looking for
Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia as a qualified Dentist
Unrestricted Australian dental registration or eligibility to obtain it
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
A minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification clinical experience in general dentistry, local expiernce is most what we are looking for.
Strong clinical skills with proficiency in restorative, preventative and cosmetic dental procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to patient care and satisfaction
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge of current dental software systems and digital imaging technology
A professional, ethical approach to dental practice and patient confidentiality
Current CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points or willingness to undertake ongoing professional development




Experience in cosmetic dentistry or a particular interest in developing expertise in this area would be advantageous
