The Opportunity
We are looking for a Graduate Lawyer to join our 12month Graduate Rotation Program in Brisbane.
You'll rotate through three of our four practice groups, including Commercial, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Superannuation & Financial Advice, and Employers Liability, gaining broad exposure to a range of clients, matters and areas of law.
Working alongside experienced lawyers and partners, you'll develop your technical skills, commercial awareness and practical legal experience.
The program provides a potential pathway to ongoing career opportunities within the firm.
Your Role
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for lawyers and clients
Assist with drafting legal advice, pleadings and court documents
Attend court and client meetings as required
Assist with witness statements and evidence preparation
Brief experts and assist with matter management
Work closely with lawyers across a range of practice areas and clients
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Completed your law degree and be eligible to undertake legal practice in Queensland
Completed, or be close to completing,



your Practical Legal Training
Strong academic results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
A genuine interest in developing your legal career
