The Associate Agent will support the day-to-day operations of the Property Management and Sales teams, with a primary focus on routine inspections, open homes and property-related appointments.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, comfortable working independently and able to manage a busy weekly schedule while supporting the wider team when required.
Key responsibilities
Conduct approximately ******* routine inspections per week
Complete inspections across approximately 3 - 4 days each week
Take explicit and accurate photographs of each property
Record relevant property condition notes and maintenance observations
Complete inspection reports accurately and promptly
Escalate maintenance concerns or significant property issues to the Property Management team
Conduct and assist with rental open homes across approximately 3 days per week




Assist with prospective tenant inspections and property access appointments
Ensure properties are presented professionally during inspections
Manage appointments and travel time efficiently
