About the Role
We're looking for aSenior Business Analysttolead an operating model and organisational design reviewwithin a major service delivery function, then support implementation of the future-state structure and ways of working.
Responsibilities
Leadend-to-end operating model review & redesignacross multiple teams/stakeholders
Producecurrent-state ("as-is")documentation and analysis (FTE, budget, structure, processes, service catalogue)
Build a clearbusiness case for change(risks, cost/budget, timeframes, implementation approach)
Definefuture-state ("to-be")structures, process priorities and service agreements/SLAs
Create animplementation roadmap, transition plan and process improvement recommendations




Partner withexternal consultingspecialists and align to a broader change program
Qualifications

public sector or large complex organisational experience
