Ventia is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to partner with operational teams across the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract, delivering practical safety advice and supporting frontline workers.
Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you will conduct site inspections, investigations and toolbox talks, embed a positive safety culture, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent is desirable; robust communication and stakeholder‐engagement
