The Opportunity
We're looking for a confident and experiencedPractice Leadto oversee the day-to-day operations of ourSubiaco clinic.
This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you'll be the face of the clinic, supporting clinicians, leading the administration team and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and effectively.
You'll suit this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and can balance people leadership with high-level administration and operational responsibilities.
IMPORTANT: While this role is based in Subiaco, applicants who are open to opportunities at other central and/or metropolitan locations are encouraged to apply, as opportunities may arise across our growing network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead front-of-house operations and create a welcoming client experience
Manage clinician diaries, scheduling and clinic flow
Oversee billing, Medicare and funding processes, including NDIS
Lead and support the administration team, including rostering, training and onboarding
Coordinate referrals and manage client enquiries
Work closely with the Clinical Director and Operations team
Monitor clinic performance, including utilisation, gaps and reporting
Support effective communication between clinicians, administration and leadership
Ensure compliance, privacy and day-to-day clinic standards are maintained
Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes, systems and client experience
About You




Experience in medical or allied health administration
Previous leadership or senior administration experience
Confident managing a busy front desk or clinic workplace
Solid understanding of Medicare billing and healthcare administration
Experience with CorePlus is desirable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to confidently support and lead a diverse team
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, where applicable, or willingness to obtain
