About Us

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Composite Panel Lamination Line Worker / Warehouse Operator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role involving both production and warehouse operations.
You will be responsible for manufacturing composite panels, operating production equipment, moving materials, maintaining quality standards, and preparing products for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Manufacture and assemble composite panel products.
Load, unload, store, and move materials using a forklift.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with general warehouse and factory duties as required.
About You
A current Australian Forklift (LF) Licence -Preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or factory workplace.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
