Peninsula Community Legal Centre (PCLC) is seeking a Community Lawyer/Advocate to join the Fines Clinic team, delivering timely legal services to vulnerable clients facing infringements and transport offences.
You will provide information, advice, minor assistance, casework and court representation as part of a holistic service delivery approach.
Working with the Fines Victoria and court staff, you will maintain case files, participate in supervision, and help identify gaps in the fines system
