Key responsibilities
Reviewing and organising client documentation
Conducting credit checks and reviewing financial information
Data entry and maintaining accurate client records
Managing and monitoring inboxes
Assisting with loan applications and submissions
Using Excel and other office systems
Following up outstanding information and keeping applications on track
General administrative support to the lending team
About you
Previous experience in loan writing, mortgage broking or banking is preferred, but not essential
Quick learner with solid attention to detail
Highly organised, detail-oriented, reliable and proactive
Able to manage repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Comfortable spending most of your day working at a computer
