Monday to Friday position
The Role
Working closely with a leading sales agent, you'll manage the day-to-day administration and operations behind the business, ensuring listings,



clients and transactions are handled seamlessly from appraisal through to settlement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Calendar and diary management
Managing new listings from appointment through to launch
Communicating timelines and updates with vendors
Preparing contracts and compliance documentation
Coordinating open homes and auction materials
Drafting offers, reports and correspondence
Processing contracts and managing pre-settlement requirements
Maintaining upcoming listings and current stocklists
Reviewing and improving systems and processes across the team
You may also occasionally assist with open homes, buyer data entry and other hands-on sales support as required.
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and can confidently manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the detail.
You'll ideally have:
Previous real estate administration, sales support or operations experience
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence dealing with vendors, buyers and internal stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
Current driver's licence and own vehicle
