About The Role
n
As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support across leasing, property management and resident services. You'll be a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally while supporting the team to deliver an exceptional living experience.
n
This is a 12-month fixed term chance concluding in August ****.

In This Role, You Will
n
n
Support the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-in.
n
Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective and current residents via phone, email and online platforms.
n
Process rental applications and maintain accurate leasing documentation.
n
Maintain resident, prospect and leasing records within property management systems.
n
Prepare lease documentation and assist with lease renewals.
n
Assist residents with general enquiries and digital platform support.
n
Receive, triage and escrow maintenance requests as required.
n
Maintain accurate records of maintenance enquiries and follow-up actions.
n
Support arrears administration and general property management activities.
n
Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
n
Contribute to achieving leasing and occupancy targets through outstanding customer service.

Skills & Experience Required
n
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're organised,



adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You'll Also Bring
n
n
Previous experience in property management, residential leasing, Build to Rent, real estate or customer service.
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
Completed Cert IV in Real Estate in Practice (VIC)
n
Confidence using property management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
n
Unrestricted working rights in AU & Valid National Police Check
n
