Internal Salesperson
to join their team.
This is a varied role, with approximately
50% internal sales and 50% data entry
. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring accurate information is entered to support quotations and orders.

. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring accurate information is entered to support quotations and orders.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders efficiently via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
Prepare and support customer quotations through accurate data entry.




Process and record customer payments.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
Deliver a high level of customer service both over the phone and in person.
Ensure all customer and order information is entered accurately and efficiently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A friendly, approachable and helpful manner.
Strong computer skills and confidence working with numbers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Previous sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
