For more information about us, read our ********* Impact Report, About the role As a Child Consultant within the Family Relationship Centre (FRC), you will support families experiencing post-separation conflict to make child-focused parenting decisions.
Working alongside Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) and Counsellors, you will ensure children's voices are meaningfully and safely included in the FDR process.
You will: Conduct child consultations and provide feedback to parents to support decision-making Assess families suitability for Child Inclusive Practice (CIP) and identify risks in collaboration with the FDRP Provide coaching and referrals to strengthen parenting capacity and access to support services Contribute to multidisciplinary interventions, maintain accurate case records, and engage in clinical supervision Details Maximum-Term Contract for 12 months 3 days a week based in Macquarie Park $***** per hour (depending on skills experience) +12 % super + 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.

Psychology, Counselling, Social Science, or a related discipline Experience working with children, young people and families, with a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with children, young people and parents Why work with us?
