We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail family at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time capacity.

Ideal availability: ✅ *Mon/Tues - Night availability *Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun - Full availability What You'll Do: ✅ Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example ✅ Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets ✅ Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards ✅ Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team ✅ Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift What We're Looking For:



✅ Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting ✅ Confident communicator and motivator ✅ A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome ✅ Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure ✅ A respectful and team-oriented attitude ✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends holidays) ✅ Valid working rights ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Perks Benefits: ?
