The Role We are seeking Electrical Leading Hands to support our current and future projects.
This specialised project involves the installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems within a high-technology sample laboratory, including robotic systems.
As part of our Electrical Leadership team on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will be responsible for: Leading by example on the tools, promoting safety, quality workmanship, and productive work Coordinating and supporting electricians, trades assistants and apprentices while reinforcing company policies, safe work practices, and positive team culture Completing risk assessments, addressing hazards, assisting with JHAs/toolbox talks, and maintaining compliance with electrical legislation.
Occasionally stepping‐up as Electrical Supervisor as required Supporting shutdown and project activities, tooling/consumable management, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement initiatives.




What You will Need The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate: WA Electrical Licence Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified electrician in mining construction projects and shutdown environments Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, installations, cable pulling, terminations, and fixed‐plant systems Strong work ethic, self‐motivation, and proactive mindset Why Linkforce?
