Role Status: Full-time temporary vacancy available until 23 July **** Remuneration: ASO5 ($92,122 - $102,456) plus 12% superannuation Role Details: As a Business Manager located in the regional town of Ceduna , you will effectively administer a range of business functions to maintain departmental efficiency.
This includes oversight of administrative support, core HR processes, financial management, work health and safety and information technology services.
You will also heighten business planning outcomes through strategic and cutting-edge solutions.
Your dedication and managerial competencies will ensure existing practices and systems are improved to elevate service delivery.

Desirable Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field to the job criteria.
In this role, you will: Oversee business support functions in a timely and efficient manner Generate yearly budgets, salary estimates, and monthly expenditure through accurate reporting processes Examine financial data to execute strategic planning on operational frameworks and business risks Provide effective business solutions and improvement outcomes to maintain high-quality service standards Prepare employment contracts, payroll documentation and offer HR advice to office staff.
About you: You possess experience in budget allocations and understand government accounting practices You exhibit high-level interpersonal skills to manage and liaise with staff at all levels You can effectively detect delivery shortcomings to propose sound business solutions You have exceptional analytical skills to strengthen current systems and procedures You are a phenomenal written and verbal communicator when creating reports and resolving conflict.
