Ipswich
Personal Injury team, that commitment begins with you. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference for those who have been wronged while building meaningful relationships with clients during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
n
Joining a growing office, you'll work closely with experienced senior practitioners who are genuinely invested in your development. With direct mentorship and exposure to a diverse range of Personal Injury matters, you'll continue building your technical expertise.
n
This role is primarily based in our Ipswich office, with occasional travel to our Springfield Lakes office for client appointments. We are also open to considering candidates seeking a minimum of
three
days per week.
n
With compassion, connection and purpose, you'll be a true champion of our clients by:

Working closely with Special Counsel and a Senior Associate across a range of Personal Injury matters, contributing to positive outcomes for our clients.
n
Assisting with the progression of matters from initial investigations through to resolution, while developing your technical expertise and practical legal skills.
n
Building strong relationships with clients through transparent communication, empathy and effective expectation management.
n
Preparing legal documentation and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Contributing to case strategy,



liability assessments and quantum investigations to help achieve positive outcomes for clients.
n
Contributing positively to the team environment and provide support to junior colleagues where appropriate.
n
What you'll bringn
To thrive in this role, you'll:
n
n
A Bachelor of Laws with a current practising certificate.
n
Pre or post-admission experience in personal injury law (e.g. workers' compensation and/or transport accident matters, or similar).
n
Have a passion for social justice and a thirst for knowledge in the plaintiff law space.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Be dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, with an emphasis on helping people when they need it most.
n
Be able to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines, within a fast-paced environment.
n
