Right now, they're looking to bring on a
Senior Mechanical Engineer
to join their Sydney office—someone confident in HVAC design who can take ownership of projects, liaise with clients, and collaborate across disciplines. It's an on‐site role with solid drafting support and a strong pipeline of projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver mechanical (HVAC) designs for a range of building projects—Olympic, health, education, commercial, etc.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal disciplines to ensure cohesive, high‐quality outcomes
Run projects independently, but also contribute as part of a close‐knit mechanical team
Attend site visits, support construction teams, and respond to RFIs where needed
Support and mentor junior engineers and drafters
What They're Looking For:




5+ years' experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background)
Solid understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and industry best practice
Comfortable running jobs and fronting client conversations when needed
Proficiency in mechanical design software and documentation processes
Must be Sydney‐based or willing to relocate; this is not a remote role
