Product Designer – Client Experience
Sydney CBD | Product & Technology
Design the end-to-end experience advertisers use to plan, buy and manage campaigns on a sophisticated self-service platform.
This is an opportunity for an experienced
Product Designer
to join a dedicated Client Experience squad and take ownership of complex customer journeys across a high-profile digital product.
The role will suit someone who enjoys simplifying difficult workflows, getting close to users and taking ideas from discovery through to polished, high-quality UI.
What you'll be doing
Own end-to-end UX and UI across key client-facing campaign management experiences
Map complex journeys and identify opportunities to improve usability, self-service and time-to-value
Lead user research, including interviews, usability testing and discovery
Use behavioural analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
Work closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through to delivery
Balance customer needs, technical constraints and commercial outcomes
Help shape product direction by advocating for improvements that increase adoption and engagement
What we're looking for
You'll likely bring 5-7+ years of product design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of complex digital products.
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong end-to-end UX and UI capability
Experience designing complex SaaS, enterprise or platform products
Excellent interaction design and visual hierarchy skills
Hands-on qualitative research experience
Confidence using analytics or experimentation to support design decisions
Robust prototyping and journey-mapping skills
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
The ability to simplify complex workflows without losing important functionality
Strong stakeholder communication and a customer-focused mindset
Experience across
MarTech, Ad-tech, retail media, eCommerce, fintech, marketplaces or complex B2B SaaS
would be highly relevant.
Direct retail media experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Why consider it?You'll have genuine ownership of a substantial client-facing product and the opportunity to influence both the experience and the product decisions behind it.
The work is complex, commercially important and highly visible, with a strong focus on research, product thinking and design craft.
The business is moving quickly and plans to run an efficient two-stage interview process, with the aim of bringing the successful candidate on board as soon as possible.
If you enjoy turning complex customer journeys into intuitive product experiences, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
