About Blackwater Mine:
Blackwater is one of the region's most significant coal operations — a site with scale, momentum, and a strong future. The mine plays a major role in supplying high‐quality coal to domestic and international markets, and every shift contributes directly to meeting production targets.
Working a
7/7 day-shift-only roster
, you will report to the Coal Team Coordinators and be responsible for maintaining
haul roads, intersections, ramps and access areas
in line with site SHMS requirements.
About You




We are looking for operators who demonstrate:
Solid commitment to safety and environmental standards
Team-focused and proactive approach
High standards of equipment care and housekeeping
Compliance with mine procedures, SOPs and SWIs
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Highly Desirable Skills
Experience operating:
Tracked Dozer
Hydraulic Excavator
Grader
Wheel Loader
Wheeled Dozer
Medium & Light Vehicles
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
