Monadelous is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to support our Coastal & West Pilbara Operations Core Crew on an 8:6 roster with FIFO from Perth. The role involves supervising welding works on Rio Tinto Fixed Plant Assets, ensuring tasks meet safety, quality and budgetary requirements.
The successful candidate will lead the welding crew, liaise with clients and QA/QC, and provide guidance on welding techniques while upholding RTIO standards.
