About Us
We are a growing waste management and recycling company committed to delivering sustainable, efficient, and environmentally responsible solutions. Our mission is to reduce landfill impact while providing exceptional service to our clients across multiple industries.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Operations Representative to join our Brisbane team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and coordinating service delivery across our waste and recycling services.
This is a high-pressure, fast-paced operations role with a constant flow of inbound calls from both customers and drivers. You will be expected to handle a high volume of competing priorities simultaneously, including missed services, schedule changes, urgent requests, and operational issues—often with incomplete information and tight timeframes.
This role is not suited to someone who prefers a slow or highly structured environment. Success in this position requires resilience, urgency, strong decision-making, and the ability to remain composed while things change rapidly. You will need to think on your feet, communicate clearly, and take ownership of problems through to resolution.
This is not a role suited to a strict 9–5 mindset. The team operates with a strong sense of accountability and ownership, stepping up to get the job done when it matters.

Advanced proficiency in cloud-based ERPs and enterprise office suites
Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (e.g. operations, logistics, call centre, or similar)

Able to manage pressure, competing demands, and difficult situations without losing focus
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and make quick decisions
Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities with a customer centric mindset
