We're currently partnering with a small family-owned Sunshine Coast cleaning business experiencing growth and looking to expand their team. This could suit you if you:
Have cleaning experience and looking for a consistent and supportive environment, or
Are looking for your next step, build your leadership skills and grow within a local business. Full training is provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to exceptionnal customer service.
In this role, you will:
Work in a team of 2, across residential, NDIS and holiday homes
Maintain high standards across all cleans
Build strong relationships with clients
What's on Offer
$35-$40/hour depending on experience
Working hours between 8am - 3.30pm
Consistent, ongoing work
All equipment and uniform provided (small weekly fee applies)
Clear progression into senior roles

About You
Cleaning experience (NDIS, residential, or similar) preferred
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team
Confident in a customer-facing environment
ABN (or willing to obtain one )
Driver's licence and reliable transport
