As Senior Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Clients as well as our team of Accountants and Bookkeepers.
Your Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Client Onboarding/Offboarding
ASIC & Corporate Compliance Administration
Liaising with the ATO for Payment Plans, Remissions and other client/company matters
Client Services & Administration
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a client services role in an Australian Accounting Practice
Proficiency in Xero,
XPM, CAS360, ATO Portal
Strong experience with ASIC corporate compliance and company maintenance
Works well to deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
Highly organised.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
