We're partnering with an established privately owned business to recruit a Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant.
This is a broad, hands-on position combining bookkeeping, office administration and management support. You'll work closely with the business owners and liaise regularly with external accountants, solicitors and other professional advisers.
Responsibilities:
Manage supplier payments and customer invoicing
Monitor and follow up outstanding payments
Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Process payroll, expenses and reimbursements
Prepare monthly cash-flow and financial summaries
Assist the external accountant with BAS and tax requirements
Coordinate with external advisers and service providers
Provide general administration and support to senior management
Proactively follow up outstanding matters and help resolve issues

Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
Approximately three years' bookkeeping and administration experience
Experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and financial administration
Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently
Strong organisation, judgement and problem-solving skills
MYOB and BAS experience would be advantageous
Comfortable working full time in the office

$90k-$95k + Super
