What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be varied, giving you the opportunity to develop beyond traditional support work. Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:
Providing Level 2 technical support across multiple client environments




Troubleshooting more complex technical issues and identifying root causes
Supporting Microsoft Cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace environments
Assisting with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
Getting involved in security-related projects and solutions
Participating in client discovery and potentially assisting with solution design
Visiting customer sites when required
Building trusted relationships and acting as a technical advisor to clients
Improving documentation, processes and internal systems
Working alongside senior engineers and learning from experienced technical specialists
What You'll Bring
You don't need to know everything. Nobody does. What matters is having a strong technical foundation, MSP/MSSP experience and the motivation to keep developing.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Proven
MSP/MSSP experience
supporting multiple customer environments
Solid Level 2 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience across Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace technologies
Exposure to cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
Experience with modern device management including Intune and Autopilot
Relevant Microsoft certifications, or be actively working towards them
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to prioritise across multiple customers and competing requirements
Good documentation habits and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning
