We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to a finance professional who thrives on deliveringaccuratefinancial reporting,maintainingstrong financial controls, andprovidingvaluable insights to support business decision-making.We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into a collaborative team setting and make an immediate impact.
Some of the key thingsyou'lldo:
Prepareand presentdetailed financial information,reportsand annual financial statementsforkey stakeholders.
Ensure financial practices are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Undertake strategic analysis and helpidentifyfinancial trendsfor continuous improvement opportunities.
Providefinancialexpertiseand supportto keyprojects where applicable.
Coach team members on best practice andmaintainhighstandardsacross the team.
Oversee general ledgeraccuracyandintegrity.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance processes through systems.
Whatwe'relooking for:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Financeorsimilar.
Sound knowledge of accounting standards.
Experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Skills.
Ability tosimplify complex information and communicatein a clear and concise manner.
Keen interest and experience in process improvement and automation.
