Mable is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the Growth team. You will build and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels, using customer data, triggers and segmentation to drive engagement and retention.
Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Data teams, you will measure journey performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaigns to deliver the right message at the right time throughout the customer lifecycle.
