Position: Hotel Manager
Salary: $79,000 to $85,000 plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel management

Citi Club Hotel is looking for a agile and visionary Hotel Manager to drive overall operational performance and champion exceptional guest experiences. Managing a multi-faceted property featuring modern rooms, on-site dining and nightlife, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while maximizing profitability and staff engagement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests
•Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
•Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
•Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues
•Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors,



and suppliers
•Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
•Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
•Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
•Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant area of study

Other Skills & Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel management
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
•Proficient in using hotel management software (Especially RMS) and systems
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills
